Tickerr is a PHP system designed to offer your clients a great user experience, where they can submit new Tickets or Bug Reports and keep in touch with you or
your Agents. Also, when the support is done and a ticket is closed, your client can rate the agent’s suport and you, as an admin, are able to keep tracking of
those ratings.

  • Apache Server
  • PHP 5.4.0+ (it could work under PHP 5.2.4, but errors may occur)

Version 1.3 (24 Oct 2015)
– .htaccess fixes
– Several bug fixes
– Fixed estethical issues (logo won’t show in the installation page)
– Now agents receive emails when a new ticket/bug report is created
– Now agents receive emails when one of his tickets receives a new reply
– Now you’re able to upload your own logo
